We are two young people who grew up learning from our roots and from the tireless effort of our grandparents. Since childhood, they taught us the value of hard work, respect for the land, and the importance of caring for every detail in the growing process. Today, we may no longer wear hats or boots, but we carry their identity in every decision we make and in every bean we share.
